These terms cover your use of Tandemly. By using it, you're agreeing to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What Tandemly is

Tandemly is a self-guided reflection tool: you and a partner each answer questions about a shared decision, and we show you where you align and where you differ, along with an AI-generated summary and conversation prompts.

Tandemly is not therapy, counseling, or professional advice of any kind, and the AI-generated reflection is an automated summary of your own answers — it can be incomplete or off the mark. If you and your partner are working through something serious, please talk to a qualified professional.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old to use Tandemly, and you're using it voluntarily alongside a partner who has also agreed to these terms.

Your private link

There are no accounts — you and your partner are each identified by a private link. Anyone who has that link can view your shared results, so treat it like any other personal document and only share it with your partner.

Your content

You own what you write into Tandemly. By using the app, you give us permission to store, process, and transmit it (including to the vendors described in our Privacy Policy) solely to provide the service — building your alignment map and generating your reflection.

Acceptable use

Please don't use Tandemly to:

• Impersonate someone else, or use it without your partner's knowledge and consent.
• Try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Upload content that's unlawful, abusive, or violates someone else's rights.

No warranty

Tandemly is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Tandemly and its creators aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including decisions you make based on your results.

Changes

We may update these terms or the app itself over time. If we make a meaningful change to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
